Fall Is In the Air

My sister stopped by our house for a visit this past weekend. I took a picture of her out front with all the pretty fall leaves. I just love the fall.

This is my Dad. I love him so much. I took this picture of him today in his backyard.

When I was growing up my dad would always take a picture of his tree in the fall. This year I was able to snap a picture of him infront of his tree. Love ya Dad!!!

Yesterday, Sweeps and I went out on a date. We saw some pretty cool butterflies on our little excursion. Just thought I'd share one that I photographed.

Get it Together

We've been slowly working on the Baby's Room. Today Sweeps hung some cute ABC letters on one of the walls and a couple of weeks ago we put the crib up. I will be so happy when it is all said and done.

Anniversary Diaries

So, on Tuesday, October 5th, Sweeps and I celebrated 8yrs. of marriage. We went to a nice restaurant for dinner and drove around town in the limo. It was a nice surprise.

So Long Ago

Missing my little wet foot today. It seems like so long ago since I took this picture of her. She is getting so big. She just started kindergarten. I can't believe it... Does that mean I'm getting old?

Camping Time

This year Sweeps and I decided to go camping at the beach.  Poor Sweeps had booked a charter but because of the wind it got cancelled. I think he still had fun catching crabs and playing football on the beach.

Anticipation

Sweeps and I are eagerly anticipating the day when we will have another member to our family. For now we are just nesting and fixing up the baby's room.

I've never met a more sophisticated 10 year old. She told me she loves the opera and playing golf with her Dad. To bad I can't say I was that sophisticated at that age.
